Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- The return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
- The item must be returned to us and pass inspection
Note: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Customized or personalized items
- Used or damaged products due to mishandling by the customer
